Xiaomi 13 Pro is the new top of the Xiaomi range. The device is expected to be launched in 2023, but in the meantime, the first information about it has leaked.
The rumors on the net are more and more frequent, and Xiaomi is also “falling into the trap” of the leakers with the new Xiaomi 13 Pro. We are talking about the next top-of-the-range of the Chinese company that should arrive on the market at the beginning of 2023.
At the moment, the electronics giant has not yet confirmed anything of the leaked information. Still, if what was written by the well-known leaker Yogesh Brar were true, Xiaomi’s next smartphone could exceed all expectations. Let’s see what we know about Xiaomi 13 Pro.

Xiaomi 13 Pro, Probable Technical Characteristics
Yogesh Brar’s tweet does not need many explanations and leaves very little to the imagination: Xiaomi 13 Pro will be one of the following top-of-the-range. In terms of processors, the smartphone should be able to count on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, one of the most powerful CPUs in circulation. This is accompanied by two 8GB and 12GB RAM cuts, which have now become the minimum wage for such a level.
The device should also be able to count on the Surge C2 chip, which would play a fundamental role in performance. The same goes for the storage memory, which should be 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. It is not yet clear whether it will be expandable via microSD.
The new Xiaomi 13 Pro display should be a 6.7 “LTPO OLED with 2K resolution, produced by Samsung. Another big surprise, mainly because it would be a very high-level screen.
It is in terms of cameras that this smartphone should give 100%: the primary camera should be 50MP (1 “IMX989) + 50MP (UW) + a 50MP telephoto lens. Instead, the front one should be 32MP, even in this case, representing one of the best choices ever.
The sensors just mentioned should belong to the new generation of Sony IMX989, already appreciated in many other models. At the same time, Leica should take care of the software side, helping Xiaomi 13 Pro with image and color processing.
The battery, according to rumors, should be 4,800mAh, certainly not the maximum, but a 120W charger would still accompany it with fast charging, which may have to be purchased separately. Finally, the operating system will be the brand new Android 13, associated with the MIUI graphic interface, now in version number 14 and well-known to Xiaomi users.
Xiaomi 13 Pro, Release Date And Price
Currently, there is no confirmed information on a possible release date of the new top-of-the-range from Xiaomi. According to some rumors, the smartphone should be officially presented next December and arrive on the market as early as the beginning of 2023.
The same goes for the price of which absolutely nothing is known but which, with good chances, could be in line with the other top of the range of the company and therefore wander between 600 and 1000 euros.
